Create flawless Customer Journeys for a leading bank in Belgium
Our client, one of the market leaders within the banking industry, is looking for talented Customer Journey Experts. You will analyse, design and construct Customer Journeys that will strongly engage to the Customer and will ensure a flawless online experience for our users within these brand-new positions.
- Understand the market and our Customers in order to create the best possible offer and journeys for them
- Being innovative by challenging existing trends and consider new developments in the market
- Define and implement the strategy, the priorities and customer's expectations into consideration
- Manage complex projects and involve the stakeholders
- Evaluate the way of working with the aim to continuously improve
- Ensure an efficient communication via the different channels and touch points
- You and your team will be given the freedom in defining the goals, resources and deadlines for each element, ensuring the user stays central
Are you the one?
- You have at least 1/4 years of experience and have track record in creating Customer Journeys.
- Customer focused and driven to create a flawless Customer Journeys and keep challenging the status quo.
- You evolve together with our clients and are a step ahead seeing any evolutions in user experience within the platform.
- You have worked in an Agile environment .
- Having a background in Financial Industry/banking is a big plus.
- You speak English fluently and speak Dutch and/or French.
