Our client, a major Telecom company based in Brussels Center is looking for an Online Activation Manager to develop their website and customer experience. Someone who feels at home with customer CRO and can think of creative media strategies to attract customers.

Your challenge?

Optimize the conversion rate and user experience of their website for key product lines.

  • Optimize the conversion rate and user experience of their website,

  • Analyze traffic and conversion for online sales (work on SEO and CRO),

  • Develop media strategies in collaboration with the team to achieve this goal,

  • Manage digital projects – Translate the commercial guidelines into tactical digital actions (go to market and promotions),

  • Set up KPI’S and recommend e-commerce surveys to gain customer feedback,

  • Benchmark and share with your team the latest digital/e-commerce trends and best practice.

Is this me?

Yes, if you:

  • Have min 3 years’ experience in Digital,

  • Have knowledge of SEO and CRO tools with a good understand of the customer journey,

  • Are analytical, sales minded and a team player! You take ownership of your projects and enjoy improving processes!

  • Are fluent in Dutch and English,

  • Nice to have: web analytics.
