Who are we looking for?
Hard skills and experience
- We are after a wide range of both senior and more junior profiles with a minimum of three years experience.
- Proven experience in process design (including requirement gathering, prototyping, visual design, development and user testing).
- Working experience with industry-standard user experience and front-end development tools (e.g. Axure, and HTML5, CSS3,…).
Experience in delivering projects following the principles of Scrum and Agile.
- A strong analytical mindset with a natural problem solving ability.
- Excellent communication skills in both Dutch/French & English.
- A natural team player who is able to motivate those around them, taking a leading role in a project from its inception right up to the implementation phase.
- An eagerness to learn is essential, in the fast-moving world of digital we are on the lookout for those that are constantly wanting to improve and grow.
