As a fast-growing digital human capital consultancy,  our Consultants are the key & centre of our business and we invest time in building a strong relationship with them to ensure a long term cooperation. How do we do that? A personal & individual guidance on their career path, offering trainings, workshops, best practices, invitations to network events, fun activities,….  
As the Conversion Talent Consultants team is growing day by day we are looking for a Consultants Success Manager that will be responsible for developing relationships with our (freelance) Consultants to promote retention and loyalty.

Great! What will be my responsibilities?  

  • Make sure that we have Happy Conversion Talent Consultants!

  • Coaching: Advise & guide the Consultants in their career path, personal development and follow-up on their personal objectives

  • Learning & development: Set up & roll out new training programs & workshops aligned with the trends & evolutions of the market, detected needs of the Consultants and input of our Senior Consultants

  • Close follow up with all the stakeholders involved both internally (account manager, HR, Consultant, Conversion Partners) and externally (clients) to detect needs & problems

  • Engage our consultants from day 1

  • Onboarding program

  • Plan and organize network events: From our quarterly Conversion Talent Talks to more informal & small fun activities, Christmas Dinners, Sport Events... You will be supported in the practicals.

Nice, but is this me?

  • 3 years of experience in Learning & Development, preferably as a  HR business partner, Career Coach or related positions in talent management

  • Experience in design of training programmes, incl. digital /e-learning

  • Certified in MBTI or Insights or any other L&D or career development tool is a big plus

  • Knowledge of the staffing sector is a plus (agency or consultancy)

  • You are passionate about digital marketing, ux and e-commerce   

  • You excel in stakeholder management

  • You enjoy talking, thinking, debating with people. You are a true people person

  • You are flexible & dynamic and have a proactive attitude to improve processes and procedures

  • You can work independently

  • You speak fluently English and Dutch or French
