CRM Analyst

Do you want to play a key role in the digital transformation of an international bank?

Our client is looking for a data-driven CRM Campaign Analyst to execute successful marketing automation campaigns and efficiently measure and present results to key stakeholders.

Your challenge?

As CRM Campaign Analyst, you are responsible for the day-to-day, hands-on execution of email, sms and telemarketing programs in support of the company and business unit objectives.   

Key responsibilities:

  • Challenge the current segmentation and targeting of clients and manage the execution of automated campaigns.

  • Analyse campaign KPI such as churn scores, response scores, next best offers, propensity models…

  • Create dashboards to track campaign performance and formulate improvement recommendations according to your insight.  

Is that you?

Yes, if you:

  • Have an analytical mindset with experience using a database (SQL and Excel is a must!)

  • Have basic experience in CRM campaigning

  • Are a problem solver with a structured and fast learner personality

  • Enjoy working within an international team

  • Knowledge of Tableau, SAS Base Language and SAS Studios are nice to have.
