Our client, one of the top brands in Automotive, is looking for a data-driven CRM & CX Manager to bring a digital vision to the company. They want CRM to become the engine that keeps the brand moving.

Your challenge?

In this role you will focus on Customer Experience as customer-centric is key! You will focus on developing a long-term CRM strategy within an omni-channel context and give suggestions on evolving technology. Some of your responsibilities include:

  • Lead the Digital Transformation throughout the whole company

  • Create and implement their Customer Experience strategy

  • Customer Journey mapping & Translate touchpoints into actions and omni channel campaigns

  • Lead and grow the digital team

  • Customer Segmentation and execution on different channels

  • Reporting and suggestions for digital improvement to Marketing Director & Board

Is this you? Yes if:

  • You have +5 years of experience in a Digital Marketing capacity

  • A CRM like Salesforce has few secrets for you

  • You have proven people management skills in a digital context

  • Project, Stakeholder and Change Management

  • You are fluent in Dutch or French and English

  • You have an analytical mindset
