Do you have a passion for the sport industry?  

Our client, an important online sport entertainment company is looking for CRM Manager to drive best in class customer retention CRM campaigns. The team is growing fast!

Your challenge?

As a CRM Manager you will ensure the flawless execution of the digital strategy across all segments and products by setting up, executing, monitoring, and optimizing the digital and CRM program.

Your tasks include:

  • Plan and execute strategic CRM campaigns using newsletters, emails and SMS

  • Analyse and optimize your campaigns to increase loyalty and retention

  • Be aware of the latest events and trends in competitive sports

  • Supervise websites updates on a daily basis


Check if you have the right profile:

  • You have around 3 years of experience in CRM campaigning

  • You have a native level of Dutch or French and a perfect command of English

  • You have basic knowledge of HTML

  • You LOVE sports

  • You are an amazing team player and  put a strong attention to details
