Become the go-to-person for all CRM related subjects at a company specialized in hearing aid. 

Our client is a market leader on the Belgian market with their unique hearing aid solutions. For the company there is still the challenge to find the right way to connect and engage with their target group, which is why they are looking for an expert in this area.


Ready for this challenge?

The CRM specialist is in charge to improve the CX. This by giving the customers matching offers by personalized communication throughout their journey.

You will be working on the next challenges together with the Head of Marketing.

  • Development of CRM strategy to make sure the local database is managed, growing and maintained together with the Marketing Analyst

  • Management and execution of the marketing campaigns within the CRM;

  • Analyze the results and outcome of the CRM actions. Use the results to improve your next actions;

  • Be in charge of the call center, the printers, monitor privacy compliance and data quality;

  • Work together with the different departments to recognize appropriate proposals, do segmentation tests and control groups for CRM and direct marketing campaigns.


Are you the person we are looking for?

  • Marketing background with at least 3 years experience with CRM and/or Direct Marketing;

  • Experience with setting up CRM strategies and execution, Customer Journey and Direct Marketing;

  • Result driven, analytical, organized and likes challenges;

  • Good communicator and reporting skills;

  • Knowledge of MS Dynamics is a big plus;

  • Experience with reporting tools and CMS is an asset;

  • Dutch/French native with high level of English.
