We are looking for a loyalty expert with a big focus on Customer Experience. Somebody who wants to help a big international company through the process of re-branding and making that process going as smooth as possible. And that's not all!
One of the main responsibilities is taking the lead in working out specific CX tracks.
Be in charge of retention campaigns, active on different channels.
You are the expert about CX and retention within a variety of projects, advice and make sure CX guidelines are being followed.
The responsibility of the customer experience lays with you. Monitoring the processes, make sure there is a quick respond to issues and do tests to implement new developments.
Who are we looking for?
- You have at least 8 years of experience within a team working on Customer.
- Experience and Loyalty or Retention objectives.
- You are structured, organized and can put priorities.
- You are an excellent communicator.
- You are a problem solver and you have an analytical mind set.
- It is important to you to have a positive impact on your work and the results.
- It's a plus when you have experience with project management.
