Customer Experience & Retention Expert

We are looking for a loyalty expert with a big focus on Customer Experience. Somebody who wants to help a big international company through the process of re-branding and making that process going as smooth as possible. And that's not all!

The mission

  • One of the main responsibilities is taking the lead in working out specific CX tracks.

  • Be in charge of retention campaigns, active on different channels.

  • You are the expert about CX and retention within a variety of projects, advice and make sure CX guidelines are being followed.

  • The responsibility of the customer experience lays with you. Monitoring the processes, make sure there is a quick respond to issues and do tests to implement new developments.

Who are we looking for?

  • You have at least 8 years of experience within a team working on Customer.
  • Experience and Loyalty or Retention objectives.
  • You are structured, organized and can put priorities.
  • You are an excellent communicator.
  • You are a problem solver and you have an analytical mind set.
  • It is important to you to have a positive impact on your work and the results.
  • It's a plus when you have experience with project management.
