Our client, a leading international telecommunications company, is searching for a Direct Marketing Campaign Expert responsible for in-depth targeting and measuring campaigns to support active customer base management.
As Direct Marketing Campaign Expert, you are responsible for the day-to-day, hands-on execution of email, sms and telemarketing programs in support of the company and business unit objectives.
- You develop and deliver end-to-end targeting, measurement, and contact data for campaigns in both time and quality.
- You will deliver customer insights on defined segments in order to define marketing campaigns and be responsible for maintaining these segments.
- You will work closely with a creative agency, but also take charge of the integration and adaptation of HTML templates, tagging, testing, scheduling and deployment
- You proactively deliver an in-depth report on each campaign with detailed campaign efficiency analysis while formulating recommendations to improve campaign efficiency.
Are you the one? Yes, if…
- You have experience in IT & Databases and related tools like SAS, SQL, UNICA, or Business Objects.
- You have previous experience in campaign management using CRM or Marketing Automation tools (Selligent is a PLUS!)
- You have excellent data manipulation and analytical skills.
- You have excellent communication skills and the power of persuasion.
- You are fluent in English (read & writing) AND French OR Dutch.
