E-Commerce Manager

Are you an experienced E-Commerce professional? Then this might be just the right opportunity for you!

Our client, an emerging (online) player in the pharmaceutical industry, is looking for a Digital Professional in online sales & e-commerce to assure a successful implementation of a new strategy and continuous optimization of the customer journey and ecommerce touchpoints. Always taking into account the Customer’s User Experience and the company’s commercial targets.

As a spill figure in the company’s Onmi-Channel story, you will work closely together with various internal departments like logistics, category management, IT and external partners.

Your key responsibilities will be fourfold:

  • Strategy implementation

    • Setting yearly objectives and functional KPI’s

    • Being the responsible manager for attaining the commercial objectives of the e-commerce section

  • Continuous improvement

    • Analysis, testing, optimization and recommendations for improvements regarding the digital features and tools that reflect on the e-commerce

    • Combining hands-on knowledge and stakeholder & partners coordination is key

  • Operational management

    • Implementing and supervising new tools and features to assure offline/online conversion

    • Strong stakeholder management and commercial insights are very important assets

  • Team management

    • Being the direct report of >3 FTE makes having strong people management skills a necessity

Are you the one we are looking for?

Yes! If…

  • You have at least 3 years of experience in an E-Commerce business environment

  • You have a commercial, analytical but also very CX driven mindset

  • Digital Marketing, SEM, Social Media, CRM are all subjects of which you are adept

  • You have good knowledge and understanding of testing & analytics tools

  • French OR Dutch native with basic conversational proficiency in the other. Decent English proficiency is evident.
