Creating, maintaining and guard User Design for a leading Belgian Bank  

Our client, a trusted Belgian bank focusing on social engagement, is looking for a Senior UX Designer. You will create simple and personalized digital customer pathways, and manages the digital navigation and UX standards for all digital platforms and channels.

Your challenges?

  • You will be proactively working on the Design and UX processes on a day to day basis

  • You follow the trends within the UX as the UI development and you spot quick wins and are able to translate innovative solutions into workable implementation actions

  • You guard the designs and you advocate on a daily basis the functionality, user experience, initiative design and all matters related to User Experience on the products

  • You ensure all design adjustments are proven by user research, usability testing and analytics and you are driven to creating insight.

  • You are able to work hands-on as strategic, both independently as with the team, where you are not afraid to express your opinion and share you experiences

  • You are able to present and explain designs to all levels of the organisation, you are also able to challenge and advocate both your design as other design in a constructive way

  • You are organised and able to see connections between other projects when opportunities arise

  • You worked with all known tools like, but not exclusive; Sketch, Axure, InVision, Photoshop, Zeplin etc.

  • You follow all trends and know tools and best practice by heart

  • You have worked with Sketch, Axure, Photoshop and other related tools

  • You have extensive experience in building and improving the digital customer experience

  • You have a strong opinion and know how to defend it/this, you also know how to explain and defend your design

  • You know how to present your designs with interactions and animations in a clear and easy to understand format where user flows are clear

  • Besides Dutch you speak perfect English and understand French

  • You have a Bachelor’s Degree or similar working experience
